Changelog

Everything we've shipped, release by release — the DiamondOps apps and the web platform side by side. We list the changes you can actually see and use; the behind-the-scenes work stays behind the scenes.

How accurate is Diamond Radar? Now you can check — all of it, free

The Radar track record used to show a bare hit rate, which reads like a coin flip. It never was: only about 28% of cards get upgraded at all, so our calls land more than twice as often as chance. The page now leads with that comparison, shows the real upgrade rate at every level of signal strength, and — the part that matters most — the full accuracy record is now open to everyone instead of being a paid feature. Including the ceiling: no card is ever a sure thing, and the numbers now show it.

Web

v1.20
  • ImprovedThe Radar track record leads with how our calls compare to chance, instead of a bare percentage.
  • NewThe full accuracy record — including the misses — is now free for everyone, not a Pro feature.
  • NewA new chart shows the real upgrade rate at every level of Radar signal, with the numbers in a readable table.
  • ImprovedCard pages and the Radar board now show that accuracy figure with its background rate, so it can be read honestly.
  • ImprovedWhere there isn’t enough data yet to report a rate, we say so instead of publishing a number we can’t stand behind.
  • ImprovedThe page is honest about the ceiling: the strongest signal still isn’t a guarantee.

App & Backend

v1.24 – 1.26
  • ImprovedThe track record now shows what a hit rate should be measured against, so a good result no longer reads like a coin flip.
  • Fixed“Cards that upgraded last window” was badly wrong — it reported a handful where hundreds had actually upgraded.
  • ImprovedThe upgrade chance on a card no longer claims to be based on past accuracy, because it never was.
  • ImprovedThe record now covers past roster updates too, not just future ones.
  • FixedThe browser extension’s auto-sync no longer skips your order and pack history.
  • ImprovedMinor backend and admin improvements.

Buried Gems is back, longer lists everywhere, and Est. Profit you can trust

Buried Gems had been coming up empty for Pro portfolios that genuinely had them — that is fixed. Trending, Flips, Buried Gems and notifications now carry far more rows, and say so when a list is capped. On the Diamond Radar side, Est. Profit estimates are substantially more accurate, and a card the model expects to lose value can no longer be badged as a buy.

Web

v1.19
  • FixedBuried Gems works again — Pro portfolios were being told they had none when they did.
  • ImprovedTrending, Flips, Buried Gems and your notifications now show far more rows than before.
  • ImprovedLists that are showing a capped slice now say so, instead of looking complete.
  • FixedFixed figures on Trending occasionally reflecting a different plan than your own.
  • ImprovedText is more legible across the site — chart labels now use the site’s own typeface, and the smallest text on mobile is bigger.
  • ImprovedDiamond Radar is clearer about what your plan already includes and what Pro adds.

App & Backend

v1.23
  • FixedEst. Profit estimates are substantially more accurate — inflated figures are gone.
  • FixedA card predicted to lose value can no longer carry a Strong Buy or Undervalued badge.
  • ImprovedEst. Profit now tells you when a figure is an optimistic estimate rather than a complete one.
  • ImprovedFor a few days after a roster update, Est. Profit is held back rather than guessed.
  • FixedCards no longer show another player’s real-world stats — and where we can’t confidently identify the player, no stats are shown rather than the wrong ones.
  • ImprovedThe top-confidence board is now Best Odds, and it actually publishes picks.

Diamond Radar on Live Series card pages, a track record that shows its misses, and much faster card pages

Live Series card pages now carry that card’s Diamond Radar line for the next roster update. For Pro, the track record shows how the model is wrong — not just how often. Diamond Radar also stops showing an estimated profit on cards where no upgrade is predicted, and where one is, you now see the predicted change as a percentage. Card pages themselves load much faster.

Web

v1.18
  • ImprovedCard pages load much faster — they were being rebuilt from scratch on every single visit.
  • FixedDiamond Radar no longer shows an estimated profit on cards where no upgrade is predicted — on those cards the number was not meaningful.
  • ImprovedDiamond Radar now shows the predicted price change as a percentage on cards it expects to upgrade, alongside the estimated price.
  • FixedOpening a card from your Transaction History, Pack History or a roster update now takes you back where you came from, instead of always to the Market.
  • NewLive Series card pages now carry that card’s Diamond Radar line for the next roster update — the predicted rating, the tier jump, and how likely it is.
  • NewThe Diamond Radar track record now shows how the model is wrong, not just how often — what it missed, what it called that never happened, and how close the predicted ratings were (Pro).
  • FixedAccuracy figures resting on only a handful of predictions now say so, instead of showing a percentage that looks more certain than it is.

App & Backend

v1.21 / 1.22
  • FixedFixed a handful of collections that showed the wrong version of a player — and, with it, an inaccurate cost to complete the set.
  • FixedDiamond Radar no longer briefly disappears from card pages while it refreshes.
  • ImprovedPredicted prices are now hidden rather than shown when the data behind them isn’t good enough to stand behind.

Faster Collections and Programs pages

Collections and Programs pages were rebuilding their full catalog from scratch on every single visit. They now load from cache, so they open much faster.

Web

v1.17
  • ImprovedCollections and Programs pages load much faster — they were rebuilding their entire catalog on every visit.

A site you can actually navigate — working Collections and Programs, card pages that link somewhere, and a full site directory

Collections and Programs now show their real contents instead of an empty frame, and have readable addresses you can share. Every card page links out to the rankings, segments, collections and programs that card belongs to. A new footer directory and breadcrumbs on every page mean you can see where you are and get anywhere from anywhere.

Web

v1.16
  • NewCollections and Programs pages now show their real contents — every card, requirement and reward — instead of an empty frame.
  • NewCollections and Programs now have readable web addresses you can share.
  • NewEvery card page now links out to the rankings, market segments, collections and programs that card belongs to.
  • NewA full site directory in the footer — every section is one click away from any page.
  • NewBreadcrumbs across the site, so you can always see where you are and step back up.
  • NewA page for every roster update we have scored, so past predictions are browsable one update at a time.
  • ImprovedThe sidebar is reorganised around what you are doing — the market, the card catalog and your own dugout are now separate sections.
  • ImprovedMarket Segments is now in the navigation instead of being reachable only if you knew the address.
  • ImprovedThe rankings and track-record hubs now link to every page beneath them.
  • ImprovedThe Diamond Radar track record page now explains what a call is, how one is made, and why most roster updates produce nothing to score.
  • FixedCard pages keep showing the card when our data service hiccups, instead of briefly falling back to a blank page.
  • FixedA navigation link that led to a page which no longer exists has been removed.
  • FixedAn unknown item address now returns a proper “not found” page instead of an empty one.

App & Backend

v1.20
  • NewThe Chrome extension update is live in the Web Store — order history now fills in its own gaps on a re-sync instead of leaving them behind.
  • ImprovedNew cards and rating changes now reach the site as soon as they are detected, rather than waiting for the next scheduled refresh.
  • ImprovedSyncs no longer trip over each other when more than one runs at once.

A complete free Diamond Radar, a public prediction archive & a market you can explore without an account

Diamond Radar’s free tier is now the whole product on Common & Bronze cards — every prediction column, and search that covers every card in it rather than just the rows on screen. Every scored roster update gets its own public page showing what we called and what actually happened. Public tables show twice as many rows, and you can sort and filter them without signing in.

Web

v1.15
  • NewDiamond Radar is free in full on Common & Bronze cards — every prediction column unlocked, not a preview.
  • NewBuy Now and Est. Profit now show on Diamond Radar for anyone signed in, not just Pro — a free account is enough.

  • NewMarket Segments — curated cuts of the market, each with its own page, for finding cards by the kind of buy they are.

  • NewPer-position ranking pages, so you can jump straight to the best catchers or the best starters.

  • ImprovedPublic tables show twice as many rows without an account — and guests can now sort and filter them.
  • ImprovedDiamond Radar search and filters now cover your whole slice instead of the page in front of you, so a card buried deep in the list actually turns up.
  • ImprovedCollections and Programs now list their full catalogs.
  • ImprovedMore of the card database is browsable by series, rarity and position.
  • FixedCard pages no longer show sample holdings figures that were never yours.
  • FixedThe “Sign up free” button in the site banner now reaches the sign-in page instead of a missing one.
  • FixedClearer, more accurate descriptions of what each tier includes across Pricing, the FAQ and the guides.
  • FixedDiamond Radar’s upgrade prompt no longer suggests the free tier stops short of where it actually does.

App & Backend
