- Is DiamondOps free?
- Yes — and the free tier is not a teaser. Card listings, search, OpScore ratings, and the full flip board with live sales velocity are free: the same flips Pro sees, on the same 60-second refresh, with no row cap. Diamond Radar is free in full on Common and Bronze cards — every prediction column, not a preview. Paid tiers add ad removal, faster listings and trending, Value Gap and Buy Signal on flips, Diamond Radar on every rarity, alerts, and portfolio sync. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
- Do I need an account to use it?
- No — you can browse the market, rankings, and trending cards as a guest. An account is needed for personalized features like portfolio tracking, the watchlist, and alerts.
- What is OpScore?
- OpScore is the DiamondOps composite card rating. Unlike the game's flat Overall, it re-weights the attributes that win games and is computed per difficulty. Read the OpScore explainer or the methodology.
- How fresh is the market data?
- It depends on the page. Flips refresh every 60 seconds for every signed-in account, free tier included — there is no free-tier delay there. Market listings refresh about every 5 minutes on Free and Lite, and every 60 seconds on Pro and Diamond. Trending refreshes about every 30 minutes on Free and Lite, and every 5 minutes on Pro and Diamond. Timestamps throughout the app show when each number was last updated. More in the methodology.
- Does DiamondOps replace ShowZone or ShowBase?
- No. DiamondOps is built to complement the tools you already use, not replace them — it focuses on things like difficulty-aware OpScore and profit-after-tax flips. More on the about page.
- Is there an iOS app?
- Yes. The DiamondOps iOS app is free on every tier (one inventory sync per day on Free/Lite, unlimited on Pro/Diamond). Diamond also unlocks web versions of apps like PitchGuessR and TunnelVision. See pricing.
- How do I sync my Diamond Dynasty collection?
- Install the free DiamondOps Sync extension from the Chrome Web Store, then generate a sync code on the web (Portfolio or Account) and enter it in the extension to link your account. Once linked, your inventory syncs automatically — or sync from the iOS app.
- What is the Founders Program?
- The first 100 members lock in Founder pricing (Pro $29.99/yr or Diamond $39.99/yr) for as long as they stay subscribed. It closes November 1, 2026. Details on the pricing page.
- How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
- You can manage or cancel any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing and keeps access until the end of the current period.
- How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
- Email support@diamondops.gg. DiamondOps is community-driven, so feature ideas are genuinely welcome — a lot of what gets built next comes from player suggestions.
