Referral Program Terms

The DiamondOps Referral Program (the “Program”) lets eligible account holders earn complimentary access to the DiamondOps Pro tier (“DiamondOps Pro”) by inviting new, genuine users to DiamondOps. These Referral Program Terms (“Referral Terms”) supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. By generating or sharing a referral link, or by signing up through one, you agree to these Referral Terms.

The Program is operated by RetroGhostLabs (“we,” “us,” “our”). It is a promotional offer, not a contractual entitlement, and we may modify, suspend, or end it as described in Section 9.

DiamondOps is currently in an Early Access phase during which DiamondOps Pro features are free for all accounts. The Program is tied to the transition from Early Access to paid subscriptions (the “Launch”), currently scheduled for July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time(the “Launch Date”).

A referral only counts toward a reward if the referred person completes every qualification step — creating their account and syncing a valid MLB The Show™ 26 inventory at least once (which connects a valid, verified gamertag) — on or before the Launch Date (July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time). Signing up before the Launch Date is not enough on its own: the inventory sync that connects the gamertag must also be completed by then. After the Launch Date, new signups and late syncs no longer accrue referral credit, and the Program may close to new participation.

We may change the Launch Date at our discretion. If the Launch Date moves, the free Early Access period, the referral signup cutoff, and the timing on which rewards are calculated all move with it. The then-current Launch Date governs.

You may participate as a referrer if you:

• Hold an active, free DiamondOps account in good standing with a valid, verified gamertag linked to it;
• Are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
• Comply with these Referral Terms and the Terms, including the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct provisions.

You must sync a valid MLB The Show™ 26 inventory at least once — which connects a valid, verified gamertag automatically (there is no manual gamertag entry) — before your referral code becomes active, and everyone you refer must do the same. Each gamertag — and the underlying MLB The Show account it resolves to — may be used only once across the Program: it counts for a single DiamondOps account, must not have been used before or already be linked to another account, and cannot be reused to earn further rewards, including after it is removed.

Referrals must be people you personally know and who choose to join of their own accord. Accounts created by, or on behalf of, the referrer do not qualify (see Section 4).

A referred user becomes a qualified referral only when all of the following are met:

• They sign up for a free DiamondOps account through your referral link or code on or before the Launch Date;
• They are a new, distinct, real person who did not previously hold a DiamondOps account;
• They verify their email and sync a valid MLB The Show™ 26 inventory at least once (which connects a valid, verified gamertag) — all on or before the Launch Date (July 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time); the gamertag must resolve to a real MLB The Show account that has not been used before and is not already linked to another DiamondOps account (proving a real, active player who actually owns the account, not a dormant or throwaway signup); and
• The referral passes our anti-fraud and de-duplication checks.

To take part as a referrer and earn rewards, you must also hold a free DiamondOps account with your own valid, verified gamertag linked and have synced a valid MLB The Show™ 26 inventory at least once. Multiple gamertags that resolve to the same underlying MLB The Show account count as one person, and any MLB The Show account that has already been used on, or linked to, a DiamondOps account is treated as used — it cannot be reused to earn additional referral credit, even if the gamertag is later removed.

A referral that is attributed but has not yet met all of these conditions is considered pending and does not count toward a reward unless and until it qualifies. We may apply a short holdback period before treating a referral as qualified.

As you accumulate qualified referrals, you reach milestones that each grant a number of months of complimentary DiamondOps Pro:

• 1 qualified referral → 1 month of DiamondOps Pro
• 3 qualified referrals → 3 months of DiamondOps Pro
• 5 qualified referrals → 6 months of DiamondOps Pro
• 10 qualified referrals → 12 months of DiamondOps Pro

Milestones are not cumulative with one another: reaching a higher milestone replaces, rather than stacks on top of, a lower one. The reward is a number of months of complimentary access to the Pro tier as offered at the time the reward is applied; it has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may substitute a reward of equal or greater value, and we reserve the right to adjust milestone thresholds and reward amounts for referrals that have not yet qualified.

The most you can earn under the Program is 12 months (1 year) of free DiamondOps Pro— this is the maximum total, combining milestone rewards and the double-sided welcome perk (Section 7); the welcome perk does not raise this cap. All rewards are complimentary subscription time only: they have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for or exchanged into money, account credit, or any other consideration.

Referral rewards are deferred. Because DiamondOps Pro is free for everyone during Early Access, a reward has no effect until paid subscriptions begin. Earned rewards materialize as complimentary DiamondOps Pro at the Launch, applied to your account starting from the Launch Date and running for the awarded number of months.

Complimentary Pro time granted through the Program does not require a payment method, does not auto-renew, and ends when the awarded months are exhausted, after which standard subscription pricing applies if you choose to continue. If you also hold a paid subscription, complimentary months may be applied as account credit or extend your access, at our discretion.

If you joined DiamondOps through someone else's referral link, you may also earn a one-time welcome perk of complimentary DiamondOps Pro by referring at least one qualified friend of your own. The welcome perk is granted in addition to your milestone reward, but the combined total you can earn remains capped at 12 months (1 year) — see Section 5. The welcome perk is subject to the same qualification, materialization, anti-fraud, and clawback rules as all other rewards under these Referral Terms.

The Program rewards bringing real, verified users to DiamondOps. The following are prohibited and will void affected referrals:

• Creating, controlling, or coordinating multiple or fake accounts (self-referral, sock puppets, account farms);
• Using bots, scripts, automation, or incentivized-signup services to generate referrals;
• Spamming, deceptive promotion, or misrepresenting DiamondOps or the Program;
• Sharing referral links in a manner that violates the Terms, applicable law, or any third-party platform's rules; or
• Any attempt to manipulate, game, or circumvent qualification, de-duplication, or holdback checks.

We may, at our sole discretion and at any time, withhold, reduce, revoke, or claw back rewards (including complimentary Pro time already applied), disqualify referrals, and suspend or terminate participation or accounts that we reasonably believe have engaged in fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Referral Terms or the Terms.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have engaged in fraud, abuse, or any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or game the Program, you forfeit all referral rewards — earned, pending, and any complimentary Pro time already applied — and may be removed from the Program and have your account suspended or terminated. Our determinations under this Section, including whether a referral is genuine and whether conduct constitutes fraud or abuse, are final and binding, made in our sole discretion, and are not subject to review, appeal, or dispute.

The Program is a limited-time promotion. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, and may change eligibility, qualification criteria, milestones, reward amounts, the Launch Date, or these Referral Terms, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to honor rewards that were already earned and qualified under the terms in effect when they were earned, except where withheld or clawed back for fraud or abuse.

These Referral Terms are part of and governed by the Terms of Service, including the provisions on subscriptions and billing, disclaimers of warranties, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and binding individual arbitration, class-action waiver, and governing law (Maryland, USA). In the event of a conflict between these Referral Terms and the Terms with respect to the Program specifically, these Referral Terms control.
